| We do offer service contracts as an
option for customers that may have a significant amount of equipment which
is used heavily and requires regular maintenance. Terms of the
contract are negotiated on a per contract basis, allowing us to custom
tailor each contract to your needs. An annual service contract is a
good example. In this example, we have a client that covers the
entire state. They have over a thousand pieces of hardware that
require service on a regular basis. Based on the types of equipment,
and our estimated costs to maintain the equipment, we will establish costs
that will be paid monthly per piece of equipment, which will pay for all
the parts used, up to and including unit replacement with equal or better
value. A service area is established within which there will be no
charge for travel time, all calls that go outside of this area will be
charged an agreed upon rate for travel. Then there is a greatly
reduced hourly rate for labor on-site. There will be set response
times for service calls. Our staff will not let you down. We
